- Incidents originating with third parties such as hosting, domains, advertising platforms or integrated services
- Data loss caused by the customer or by a third party
- Force majeure events such as natural disaster, war, cyber attack or internet infrastructure disruption
In all cases, T3SKY’s maximum liability will not exceed the value of the services the customer has paid for.
11. Termination of service
T3SKY may terminate or suspend a service if:
- The customer breaches these terms of use
- Payment is significantly overdue
- The system is used for unlawful purposes
- The customer acts in a way that harms T3SKY’s reputation or operations
Termination does not discharge any payment or confidentiality obligations that arose beforehand.
